Symmetry Electronics Signs Deal to Distribute iC-Haus' Full Product Line

HAWTHORNE, Calif. -- Symmetry Electronics, the growing leader in design-oriented electronic component distribution, announced today that it has signed an agreement to add iC-Haus, a leading developer of application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), to its list of suppliers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Symmetry Electronics is authorized to promote and sell iC-Haus' complete line of products throughout North and South America as well as worldwide on its award-winning e-commerce website, www.SemiconductorStore.com.

iC-Haus offers a range of technologies covering high voltage and linear bipolar, high density and analog CMOS and power BCD processes to realize Sensor-ASIC, Laser-/Opto-ASIC and Actuator-ASIC devices. With optional optolayers iC-Haus has created OPTO-ASICs as monolithic microsystems that have on-chip photosensors. More system-on-chip (SOC) designs simplify magnetic encoder applications.
