PRINCETON, N.J. -- As part of its ongoing expansion, Rosetta has brought on board two senior executives with significant agency and industry experience to help further strengthen and accelerate the firm's growth: Mark Taylor, Managing Partner, Marketing & Operations Services; and Kathy Calta, Partner in the Retail Vertical.

Mark Taylor has more than 20 years experience in marketing services both in the US and Europe. Mark created his own database and marketing services company before joining Euro RSCG Worldwide. Most recently, Mark served in several roles at Wunderman where he introduced new approaches to highly effective marketing, including the innovative Adaptive Marketing Engine and the After The Click(TM) strategic approach to online relationship marketing. He maintains a regularly updated blog http://www.technologyinmarketing.com and is a frequent speaker at key industry events, including serving as the keynote speaker at the 2007 Forrester Consumer Forum. Taylor attended the University of Sheffield in England, where he received a degree in Economics and Public/Business Administration.

Kathy Calta has dedicated her career to helping Fortune 500 companies adopt new or strengthen existing customer centric strategies that improve marketing effectiveness across all touch points. Before joining Rosetta, she was Executive Vice President, responsible for business strategy and management for Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing's US based businesses. At Harte-Hanks, she helped crystallize the firm's core strategy and vision, identified growth markets, and created and packaged vertically aligned products and services. Kathy regularly contributes to industry publications, has served as the keynote speaker at a variety of industry conferences and was recently recognized by the Stevie Awards for the category "Women Best Executive - Services Businesses." Calta holds degrees in Art Education and Psychology from Mansfield State University.
