Kopin Returns to Nasdaq Compliance with Filing of Quarterly Report for the Period Ended March 29, 2008

TAUNTON, Mass. -- Kopin Corporation (NASDAQ: KOPN) today announced that it has been notified by the Nasdaq Office of General Counsel that the Company's filing delinquency has been cured with the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 29, 2008. As a result, Kopin complies with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14) and a previously scheduled hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has been cancelled.
