Cano Petroleum Prices Offering of Common Stock

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Cano Petroleum, Inc. (AMEX: CFW) announced today that it has priced its public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock. The offering will result in net proceeds to the company of approximately $54,000,000. Canaccord Adams, Inc. and Canaccord Capital Corporation served as the underwriters. Cano Petroleum has granted the underwriters a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares to cover any over-allotments. The final terms of the offering will be disclosed in the definitive prospectus supplement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
