Optellios Staff Member Becomes Pennsylvania's Only SIA Certified Security Project Manager

LANGHORNE, Pa. -- Optellios, Inc., announced today that a member of its staff has received a Certified Security Project Manager accreditation from the Security Industry Association (SIA). Mr. George Zisk, the company's Operations Manager, completed the final steps of the certification program on June 20, 2008, making Optellios the only company in the state of Pennsylvania to have a Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) on its staff.

Despite being primarily a technology company and an equipment manufacturer, Optellios is deeply involved in security system integration. The company's FiberPatrol intrusion detection and communication systems often become the backbone of a security project. One reason for this is the unprecedented capabilities of the company's fiber-optic technology, such as its long-range, GPS-reporting perimeter intrusion sensors.
