Services including voice, Internet and data solutions are provided to a customer base ranging from the consumer market through to the SME, corporate and government sectors. Soul has the largest data network and voice network after Telstra, the largest fully converged voice, video and data IP-based access network in regional Australia and the largest voice-enabled IP network. The purchase of B Digital has resulted in three operating divisions within the Soul Group: media, telecommunications infrastructure and retail telecommunications. In May 2006 Optus, Soul and B Digital signed a wholesale agreement incorporating mobile services, data transmission services and access to the Optus Unbundled Local Loop (ULL) network. In the same month Austar, Soul and Unwired established AUSalliance in order to seek funding under the Australian Government's $1.1 billion Connect Australia program. In November 2006 Soul acquired 100% ownership in B Digital, after purchasing the remaining 54.2% of its shares in the mobile subsidiary.
