Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock to Declare Distribution

BOSTON -- Fidelity Investments([R]) announced today that the Fidelity([R]) Nasdaq Composite Index([R]) Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will declare a quarterly distribution payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 24, 2008. The amount of such distribution will be determined after the close of the market on June 19, 2008. The dividend will be paid on June 27, 2008.
