Asetek Solution Provides Outstanding Thermal Performance at Extremely Low Noise Levels
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Asetek announced today that its liquid cooling solution has been selected, and is now shipping, in systems from Packard Bell. Packard Bell's new ipower line of advanced gaming computers come standard with Asetek's liquid cooling solution. The ipower systems are some of the most powerful in their class and are favorites in Europe among gamers and computer enthusiasts alike.
According to Philippe Henry, Digital Home Product Marketing & Sales Director at Packard Bell, "Our users are heavy gamers. They demand fast and powerful systems capable of handling the challenges in terms of graphics and speed. However, when pushing the speed and performance envelope, heat, noise, and reliability are put at risk. With Asetek's liquid cooling solution, our heat, noise, and reliability specifications have been met -- and exceeded. Liquid cooling is the new standard for gaming computers rapidly replacing inferior air cooled designs. The Asetek solution is simply the best we can find."
"We are pleased to be selected by Packard Bell for inclusion in their high performance gaming systems," says Gary Baum, Asetek's Senior VP of Marketing.
