Herbalife to Present at Canaccord Adams Diabetes & Obesity Conference

LOS ANGELES -- Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) Chief Financial Officer Richard Goudis will present at the Canaccord Adams Diabetes & Obesity Conference on Friday, June 6, 2008 at 8:20 a.m. The event will be held at the Hotel Nikko San Francisco.

Canaccord Adams has scheduled a live webcast of the presentation. The webcast can be accessed on the investor relations section of our Web site at www.herbalife.com.

Additionally, Nobel Prize Laureate Lou Ignarro, Ph.D., a member of Herbalife's Scientific and Nutrition Advisory Boards, will participate in a luncheon panel during the conference.
