BOCA RATON, Fla. -- The GEO Group, Inc. (NYSE:GEO) ("GEO") announced today that it is scheduled to participate in the Avondale Partners Behavioral Healthcare Conference being held on June 12, 2008, at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York.

George C. Zoley, GEO's Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder is scheduled to give a presentation on the Company on Thursday, June 12, 2008, beginning at 10:45 a.m. (Eastern Time).
