NextG Networks Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Common Stock

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- NextG Networks, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. NextG is a leading provider of distributed-antenna-systems, which utilize public-right-of-way structures, such as utility poles and lamp posts, to enhance network coverage, capacity, and performance for wireless carriers in the United States. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
