Custom Entities Enables Nonprofits to Customize Their Kintera CRM Data Model
SAN DIEGO -- Kintera[R] Inc. (NASDAQ:KNTA) today announced the addition of custom entities to its Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) product. Custom entities lets administrative users add business objects to the core CRM data model as well as add rules governing how the new objects relate to one another and to native objects.
As part of Kintera Connect[TM], the company's open technology platform, custom entities utilize Kintera's Application Programming Interface (API) to enable the exchange of data between applications. Custom entities offers a simple and easy way for nonprofits to store, manage, and maintain relevant data within the Kintera CRM application to help organizations build a more complete view of donors and solve unique needs.
