NEW YORK -- Morgans Hotel Group Co. (NASDAQ: MHGC) announced today that it has scheduled its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at Hudson in New York City on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 10:00 AM Eastern time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been set as the close of business on April 2, 2008.
