Partner Communications Announces Dismissal of a Purported Class Action Filed against the Company

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel -- Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner") (Nasdaq:PTNR)(LSE:PCCD)(TASE:PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announced that on March 5th 2008, following the plaintiffs' request, a claim that was filed with the Jerusalem District Court in January 2007 against the Company, two other cellular operators and two land-line operators, was dismissed with prejudice, and a request for the certification of the claim as a class action was dismissed without prejudice.
It had been claimed by the plaintiffs that the defendants had not implemented number portability and were in violation of the Communication Law. It had also been claimed that the defendants were thus harming the plaintiffs and consumers of telephone services in general.
