Investors Capital Advisory Services Adds Berkeley Capital Management CIO David Ruff to Investment Committee

LYNNFIELD, Mass. -- Investors Capital Advisory Services (ICAS), the Registered Investment Advisor of Investors Capital Holdings (AMEX: ICH), is pleased to announce the addition of Berkeley Capital Management Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager David Ruff to its Investment Policy Committee.
Mr. Ruff, a magna cum laude Finance graduate from Iowa State University and a specialist in international dividend investing, brings over 19 years of investment management and securities analysis experience to the committee. He serves as the lead portfolio manager and investment analyst for Berkeley's Global Dividend, International Dividend and U.S. Dividend strategies. Mr. Ruff also acts as Berkeley Capital Management's Chief Investment Officer, directing investment policy for the firm. As of September 30, 2007, Berkeley Capital has over $4.1 billion in assets under management.

Prior to joining Berkeley, Mr. Ruff served as Chief Investment Officer for London Pacific Advisors where he designed the investment approach focusing on Global Dividends and chaired the LPA Investment Policy Committee.
