Prudential Real Estate Opens FrontDoor.com Alliance

- Marketing agreement brings Prudential Real Estate listings to real estate site powered by HGTV

IRVINE, Calif. -- Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) company, today announced its feed of for-sale property listings to FrontDoor.com, the real estate Web site powered by the popular cable television network HGTV. Earlier today, when Prudential Real Estate President Laurie Keenan made the announcement to brokers and sales professionals at the company's annual Sales Convention in New Orleans, she flipped the switch enabling more than 140,000 listings to be displayed on FrontDoor.com.

As part of the agreement, Prudential Real Estate has secured targeted media sponsorships, listing-branding opportunities and banner display advertising. This alliance will allow for the cross-promotion of Prudential Real Estate's listings including innovative video on HGTV.com, and on-air Prudential Real Estate commercials on HGTV.
