Tony Whalley of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Appointed Non-Executive Director of Chi-X Europe

LONDON -- Chi-X([R]) Europe Limited, the first live, pan-European equity Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), today announced the appointment of Tony Whalley, Investment Director at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, as Non-Executive Director.
