DALLAS -- Diodes Incorporated (NASDAQ: DIOD), a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality application specific standard products within the broad discrete and analog semiconductor markets, today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2008 starting at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum Hotel located at 14901 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75254. Stockholders of record on April 4, 2008 will receive a copy of the definitive proxy statement for the Company's 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Proxy materials will be distributed on or about April 22, 2008.
