Compliance Systems Corporation Announces Agreement With Sansay, Inc

Business Wire,  March 20, 2008

Company's TeleBlock[R] Do-Not-Call Services Supported by Sansay's VoIP Session Controller

GLEN COVE, N.Y. -- Call Compliance Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Compliance Systems Corporation (OTCBB: COPI, http://www.callcompliance.com), a telecom service company focused on providing compliance technologies and methodologies to the teleservices industry, has announced an agreement with Sansay Inc., a leading developer of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) infrastructure systems for VoIP service providers worldwide. The agreement calls for the integration of Call Compliance's TeleBlock[R] functionality into Sansay VoIP session controllers enabling Sansay's customers to distribute TeleBlock to their telemarketer clients in order to ensure compliance with federal and state Do-Not-Call regulations.

"In light of the recent Do-Not-Call legislation, VoIP carriers are becoming more aggressive about providing Do-Not-Call protection as a value-add to their customers," said Dean Garfinkel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Call Compliance. "Teaming up with Sansay evidences a proactive solution to the ongoing obstacle experienced in the teleservices industry."

Sansay was one of the first VoIP system developers to add TeleBlock triggers into its product line. Customers of Sansay, including service providers AireSpring, Asia Pacific Network, NobelBiz and Accela have already signed licensing agreements with Call Compliance and are actively selling the TeleBlock service to their clients. Utilizing Call Compliance's TeleBlock service provides critical compliance with federal and state Do-Not-Call regulations for Sansay's customers clients.

"Service providers supporting call center traffic depend on Sansay for high-capacity call routing," said Sansay Chief Executive Officer Andy Voss. "Call Compliance's focus on service quality makes the company a natural complement to Sansay's product offerings, and supporting TeleBlock delivers real value to our customers in the call center market."

Garfinkel concluded, "TeleBlock is in high demand right now and we continue to meet this increased need. The growing confidence that the teleservice industry has placed in our product allows us to continue executing our strategy to join forces with top-tier players like Sansay and further extend our worldwide reach to potential distributors."
