Global Web Developers Will Compete to Create the Next Wi-Fi TV Web Site

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- A small publicly traded company that delivered the first online movie in 1995 and has pioneered in the delivery of Internet TV, Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Pink Sheets: WTVN), announced today that it will reward $100,000 total to winners of a new online reality TV show. The contestants will compete to create the next generation of the Wi-Fi TV web site (www.Wi-FiTV.com), the first global web site where viewers watch live TV, chat live, and have access to several other Social Internet TV[TM] features.

The total length of the contest and show participation is ninety days, with the grand prize winner to be announced live on Wi-Fi TV during the first week of July.

The contest and Internet TV show will be organized as follows:

1) A list of web site design and technology parameters will be publicly released this week by Wi-Fi TV.

2) Any individual, group or company wishing to compete will present a written proposal and/or video proposal.

3) Weekly programs will begin airing on Wi-Fi TV and the shows will follow progress in the applications.

4) Ten semi-finalists will be announced at the end of April.

5) Five semi-finalists will be announced at the end of May.

6) A grand prize winner and a maximum of four runners-up will be announced the first week of July.
