Fitch Affirms 3 Classes from 2 Nomura Transactions

NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings affirms Nomura Asset Securities Corp. mortgage pass-through securities as follows:

Series 1994-1

--Class A at 'AAA'.

Series 1994-3

--Class A at 'AAA';

--Class M-3 at 'A'.

The affirmations, affecting approximately $2.1 million of outstanding certificates, reflect a stable relationship between credit enhancement (CE) and future loss expectations.
