LLR Partners Announces Promotions and One New Hire

PHILADELPHIA -- LLR Partners Inc. ("LLR") is pleased to announce its recent promotions and a new addition to the firm. Scott A. Perricelli and David J. Reuter have been promoted to Partner and Todd J. Morrissey and David A. Stienes have been promoted to Principal. In addition, Wm. Christian Bullitt Jr. has joined LLR as Director of Business Development.

Scott Perricelli joined LLR in 2001 as an Associate and focuses primarily on LLR's healthcare and outsourced business service practices. Currently, Mr. Perricelli sits on the board of and actively manages LLR's investments in American Renal Associates, EKR Therapeutics and Regency Beauty Institute. Prior to joining LLR, Mr. Perricelli was an Associate at Advanta Partners, a middle market private equity fund affiliated with Advanta Corporation.

David Reuter joined LLR as an Associate when the firm was founded in 1999 and primarily focuses on LLR's financial services and IT practices. Currently, Mr. Reuter sits on the board of and actively manages LLR's investments in First Equity Card Corporation, Maxwell Systems and Peachtree Funding. Prior to joining LLR, Mr. Reuter worked in Arthur Andersen's Growth Company Practice providing management consulting and accounting services to middle market companies.

Todd Morrissey joined LLR in 2004 as an Associate. Mr. Morrissey specializes in LLR's outsourced business services and financial services practices, and manages LLR's investments in BrightHeart Holdings, National Guardian Security Services and Welocalize. Prior to joining LLR, Mr. Morrissey was also an Associate at Advanta Partners.

David Stienes joined LLR in 2000 as an Analyst. Mr. Stienes specializes in LLR's healthcare and outsourced business services practices, and manages LLR's investments in Brightside Academy, Community Education Centers and The Reading Group. Prior to joining LLR, Mr. Stienes worked at Arthur Andersen, providing financial statement audits for companies across a broad range of industries.

Christian Bullitt joined LLR in 2007 as the Director of Business Development. Mr. Bullitt will focus on leading LLR's deal generation efforts, as well as marketing the firm to a broad array of intermediaries and referral sources. Mr. Bullitt previously worked as an Associate at Private Capital Research, a boutique buy-side deal sourcing firm and as Director of Communications for CMS Co., a private equity fund-of-funds.
