GO-Global Instantly Web-Enables ERP Application Suite

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- GraphOn Corporation (OTCBB: GOJO), a leading worldwide developer of application publishing and Web-enabling software solutions, announced today that it has entered into a partnership agreement with CEGI Group, a leading French provider of business enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions.

Under terms of the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) agreement, CEGI Group will resell GraphOn's GO-Global software product to provide instant Web-enabled access to the Windows-based CEGI integrated software suite. The CEGI suite provides comprehensive ERP business solutions for customers in healthcare, accounting, securities, tourism, fashion and other industries.
