Vintage Point Momentum Continues With Signing of Brothers in Arms, Celebrated Australian Wine Brand

Business Wire, March 31, 2008

New Strategy, Wines To Be Unveiled at Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention in Las Vegas on April 1

SONOMA, Calif. -- Vintage Point - Partners in Wine, the Sonoma, California-based sales, marketing and general consulting firm specializing in small, luxury wine producers, today announced the signing of Brothers in Arms, a celebrated wine brand from South Australia. Producing Estate reds from the storied Metala Vineyard in Langhorne Creek, the Brothers in Arms wines will be featured by Vintage Point at the upcoming Wine & Spirit Wholesalers of America (WSWA) convention in Las Vegas in early April 2008.

"The Vintage Point distribution network continues to expand as we bring small, independent boutique wines to consumers around the country," said David Biggar, president of Vintage Point. "Brothers in Arms is a great addition to our portfolio, and a wonderful example of a luxury producer that has a special niche true wine connoisseurs want and appreciate. With today's announcement we look forward to bringing Brothers in Arms to those customers who may otherwise not know of these wines," he continued.

The Metala Vineyard is located in Langhorne Creek in South Australia and is extremely well known for its high quality fruit, with plantings dating back to 1891. Established in 1998, the Brothers in Arms wines source this vineyard and showcase the calibre of its fruit, producing red wines that are true to the estate and true to the Langhorne Creek region of South Australia, including the flagship Shiraz, and the No.6 Shiraz Cabernet, which is named for the sixth generation to live on the Metala Vineyard Estate. Today the brand is managed by fifth generation Guy Adams and his wife Liz. Its success is based on the family's simple philosophy of making wines which reflect the character of Langhorne Creek from the very best fruit they grow.

"We grow nearly 700 acres of vines on our property where our family has been major grape growers since the 1850's," said Guy Adams, owner of Metala Vineyard. "Vintage Point understands our family's long commitment to the vineyards and the care we put into the Brother in Arms wines. Partnering with Vintage Point will bring our wines to the US market while helping our family business remain viable, profitable and strong," Adams elaborated.

Formed in March 2006, Vintage Point offers a full range of winery services and a national sales and marketing team that specialize in channel management, placing luxury wines in the optimal retail and restaurant outlets. Vintage Point's domestic and international clients include Luna Vineyards, Arnold Palmer Wines, Jayson Woodbridge's Hundred Acre, Gold and Layer Cake Wines, JM Cellars, Goose Ridge Estate Vineyards and Winery, Stonecap Wines, Mason Cellars, John's Blend and Joseph Carr Vineyards. The three partners, David Biggar, President, Tom Peterson, Chief Operating Officer, and Teresa Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer emphasize that "Partners in Wine" signifies not only their own partnership, but the many partnerships they have formed with the luxury wine trade.

Vintage Point is located at 564 Broadway, Sonoma, CA 94576 and can be reached via phone (707) 939-6766 or fax (707) 939-6765. The Company's website is www.vintagepoint.com.
