Highlights of the second half of 2007 included:
* At the 10th Anniversary HR Technology Conference & Exposition, Authoria won the first-ever Integrated Performance and Recruiting Shootout - the most prestigious competitive evaluation in the world for HR solutions. The audience of more than 500 HR and technology professionals chose Authoria's solution in all three real-world scenarios, after witnessing live demonstrations from four competitors.
* Forrester named Authoria a Leader in the Forrester Wave[TM]: Integrated Performance And Compensation Solutions, Q3 2007.
* Authoria extended its dominant position among enterprises, with the addition of new customers including Alliant Energy, CSX Corporation, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hyatt Hotels, Lincoln Financial, McGraw-Hill Companies, United On-Line, and Sharp Healthcare.
* Existing Authoria customers that expanded their investment in Authoria solutions included AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, MassMutual Financial Group, Philips-Van Heusen, and Starbucks Coffee Company.

In addition to industry accolades and achievements, 2007 was a year of tremendous growth and investment for Authoria. The company invested heavily in R&D - with a nearly 30-percent increase in the second half - to continue to enhance the customer experience and value.
