Versar, Inc. Awarded $1.25 Million in Infrastructure Revitalization Program Management Projects in Chicago, Illinois

SPRINGFIELD, Va. -- Versar, Inc. (Amex:VSR) announced today that Versar's Chicago office has been awarded four Infrastructure Revitalization Task Orders totaling $1.25 million.

Three of the infrastructure projects involve program management of asbestos abatement and demolition projects for a prominent food processor, a real estate developer and U.S. Cold Storage in the Chicago area. The fourth project involves a 10 year dredging permit for U.S. Navy Great Lakes training facility which is a "gaining base" under the Base Realignment and Closure initiative.
