As the market for qualified and available labor is continually tightening or expanding clients are on a quest to fill requisitions with the highest quality candidates in a timely manner and, to ensure that cost savings are part of the benefits of contingent labor. The report, "Contract Labor Management: Permanent Solutions for Temporary Worker," found that enterprises must look to automation as a cornerstone for cost savings. "Tools like automated job requisition-tracking, which 63% of Best-in-Class enterprises have in place, can increase visibility into contract labor spend and reap generous cost savings," commented Andrew Bartolini, Vice President & Group Director, Global Supply Management Research, Aberdeen. Survey results showed that automation led to a 20% cost savings on contract labor spend, which is nearly four times higher than all other organizations.
The report provides a framework of how best-in-class performers compare to those considered to be "average" and "laggards." In addition to recommendations for actions that ensure best-in-class performance the report includes case studies, testimonials, and expert insight.
