Manufacturing Solutions Company Celebrates Launch of Nundies, Receipt of ISO 13485 Certification and Third Successful Year in its Turnaround Plan

DALLAS -- Advanced Materials Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ADMG), a leading developer and manufacturer of medical, consumer and industrial products, today announced impressive revenues of $10,672,786 for the fiscal year (FY) ended November 30, 2007, an increase of 6.8% over the same period in 2006. The company also reported basic and diluted earnings per share for the fiscal year (FY) ended November 30, 2007 were $0.07 compared to $0.11 for the same period in 2006.

In addition, the company's ongoing cost savings plan and increase in sales resulted in a significant reduction in expenses to 12.3% or $1,643,524 from $1,874,791 over the same period in 2006.

* Achievement of ISO 13485 certification, which signifies the positive assessment of the Company's medical device quality

* Successful launch Nundies product, a one-time use, pantyless panty that adheres to the inside inseam of a woman's pants across 400 stores throughout the United States

* Obtained $2,000,000 line of credit from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as capital to drive business operations and to support the Company's proprietary product research and development efforts

* Executed important equipment upgrades and controlled environment production facility improvements
