Insight Health Services Holdings Corp. to Host Third Quarter Fiscal 2008 Results Conference Call

LAKE FOREST, Calif. -- InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. ("InSight")(OTCBB:ISGT) today announced that management will host a conference call to discuss results for its third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2008. InSight expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for such period with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before Thursday, May 15, 2008. The call is scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2008, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Kip Hallman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mitch C. Hill, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the conference call.
