NATICK, Mass. -- BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. (NYSE:BJ) plans to announce financial results for the first quarter ended May 3, 2008 on May 21, 2008 at approximately 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Also on May 21, 2008, BJ's management plans to hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the first quarter results and the outlook for the remainder of 2008. The dial-in number for the conference call is 913-312-0832. There will be no dial-in replay.
