Laurie Oswald assumes the position of Director of Sales, while Patricia Heyman, Modupe Oyewole and Darin Browning fill consultant positions in the Southwest, Northeast and Texas respectively.

Laurie Oswald joins McGhee as Director of Sales after a 22-year career in the communications industry with market leaders RR Donnelley, Quebecor World, and American Color. Having held senior management positions in sales, strategy and marketing, she brings deep experience driving business development, team building, brand creation, and product extension along with strong financial results.

Patricia Heyman, MSW, ICSW, CEC, comes to McGhee following 20 years as a facilitator, leadership consultant, company president and executive coach in the US and abroad. She has worked with numerous corporate executives to enhance leadership, increase team alignment, and improve strategic development and execution.

Mo Oyewole joins the MPS consulting team after spending many years with Nigeria's third largest mobile phone service provider as a senior product manager. Mo brings extensive experience in business development, customer communications, sales and product management.

Darin Browning's formal training is in industrial & organizational behavior, human resource management, sociology, and psychology. With numerous Microsoft IT Certifications, he specializes in sharing technology education with broadly diverse groups, from business owners and decision makers to deaf and disabled students.
