CRM Reseller Leads Microsoft Partners in Attracting New Prospects
GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Customer Effective, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and implementer of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, recently announced that during the month of March, the company hosted a series of events in conjunction with the launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, driving hundreds of attendees to product demonstrations. Customer Effective co-hosted seven Microsoft CRM launch events, as well as two additional launch events independently. Combined, Customer Effective drove nine events with the highest number of registrations for any participating Microsoft partner.
The launch events were held in target cities including Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, N.C., Jacksonville, Fla., New York, and Raleigh, N.C. Attendees at the events received a first look at the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system, and heard from industry experts and Customer Effective clients currently using the latest software release. Attendees also gained insight into new strategies to increase revenues, deepen customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
"Customer Effective is an excellent example of a local partner delivering tremendous value to the technology industry by way of its implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0," said Bill Forsyth, general manager for Microsoft's Greater Southeast Area. "Microsoft relies on its partners to drive success across the channel, and we appreciate the strong leadership role Customer Effective has taken in helping to introduce Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to customers in the market."
"As a veteran partner with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we are proud to lead the reseller channel efforts in launching the much-anticipated Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 4.0.," said Scott Millwood, CEO for Customer Effective. "Enthusiasm for the platform was underscored by record registrations in major markets across the country. New enhancements and the performance of version 4.0 were well received by both existing and prospective customers eager to take advantages of these new capabilities."
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 offers features and enhancements to help promote user adoption and provide a greater return on investment. User adoption is encouraged because the solution is accessible through the familiar, intuitive user interface of Microsoft Office Outlook. With Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 4.0, organizations are able to customize and extend CRM capabilities using flexible development tools and promote consistent, rapid execution of marketing, sales, and service processes with workflow tools. The new version also allows organizations to turn CRM data into actionable insight with wizard-style configuration tools that enable end users to create sophisticated reports without the assistance of the IT department.
