USTelematics Announces JAG Notes Investment Industry Newsletter Initiates Coverage of Company and Audiovox

Business Wire, May 14, 2008

JAG Notes Newsletter to Commence with Report on Planned USTelematics Manufacturing and Distribution Partnership with Audiovox

CHICAGO -- USTelematics, Inc. (OTC:UTLM), creating proprietary technology and market-disruptive products at the forefront of the connected-car revolution, has announced that JAG Notes, a finance industry newsletter with primary readership in the institutional investment community, has initiated coverage of the Company. In its first report on USTelematics, JAG Notes is expected to discuss the Company's proposed manufacturing, distribution and investment agreement with Audiovox Corp. (NASDAQ:VOXX), a leading maker of mobile audio and video equipment.

JAG Notes provides financial information and commentary to the investment community, targeting the interests and needs of the institutional investment industry. The newsletter and other JAG Notes informational resources are edited by Dr. John Faessel, a veteran stock market commentator.

"(UTLM) is an undiscovered and I think undervalued mini-cap ($8 million market-cap) with significant potential now on the edge of a ramp-up in growth," said the new JAG Notes installment. "The licensing / cash infusion deal with Audiovox, if consummated may bring tens of thousands of 'eyes' to their science and money to their till in a much shorter time frame than previously thought. The potential for (UTLM)'s technology to prosper is remarkable as it brings education, communications and entertainment to the automobile in a high-speed venue as never before."

Under the proposed licensing agreement, Audiovox will to manufacture USTelematics' Voyager Mobile IPTV hardware product under Audiovox brand names, and to distribute and market Voyager at more than 20,000 retail electronics and automotive channels worldwide.

Audiovox, also a pioneer in the cellular industry, distributes an extensive portfolio of respected brands worldwide, including industry leaders such as Advent, Acoustic Research, RCA, Jensen, Phase Linear and others.

The Audiovox agreement would provide USTelematics access to an established and extensive distribution network, reaching approximately 10,000 car dealerships and more than 10,000 other points of distribution.

"I am hopeful that the exposure provided by the JAG Notes coverage, particularly among the institutional readership, will help us bring our high growth story to an important segment of investors," said Howard Leventhal, Chief Executive Officer of USTelematics. "The proposed licensing agreement with Audiovox is one of the most important achievements in USTelematics' business strategy, and we are eager to get the message disseminated as broadly as possible."
