Pacer Health Corporation Names Chief Operating Officer of Non-Medical Division

MIAMI -- Pacer Health Corporation today appointed Tina M. Vidal as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the non-medical segment of Pacer Health Corporation (OTCBB:PHLH), a Miami-based turnaround management company focused on financially-distressed healthcare and non-healthcare business markets.
Vidal will oversee new subsidiary operations and acquisitions through Pacer's recently created, Pacer Logistics, LLC. Focused on turning around financially distressed companies in different market segments, this new division of Pacer Health Corporation will seek turnaround opportunities beyond the healthcare arena.

Vidal brings extensive experience in turning around financially distressed facilities and managing the integration and corporate renewal of acquired businesses. In this position, Vidal will implement corporate objectives.
Prior to taking on her new role, Vidal served as the company's vice president of business development and integration and has held a position as director of corporate operations. Vidal holds a bachelor's degree in international business and marketing and a master's degree in international business from Florida International University. Company management believes her working knowledge of the company will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the company's expansion into other market segments.
