The Warnaco Group, Inc. Celebrates Transfer to the NYSE from Nasdaq

NEW YORK -- The Warnaco Group, Inc., a leading apparel company headquartered in NY, began trading today on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "WRC" after transferring the listing of its stock to the NYSE from Nasdaq. The Warnaco Group joins the NYSE as the third transfer from Nasdaq year-to-date following the listings of Hill International, Inc. (NYSE: HIL) and NorthWestern Corporation (NYSE: NWE).
