C.H. Robinson Worldwide Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS -- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. ("C.H. Robinson") (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents ($0.22) per share, payable on July 1, 2008, to shareholders of record on June 6, 2008.
C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of May 15, 2008, there were approximately 170,544,000 shares outstanding.
