Disability Access Corporation Announces Preparation To File Form 211 And To Seek Other Alternatives

Business Wire, May 19, 2008

LAS VEGAS -- Disability Access Corporation (Pink Sheets:DBYC) a subsidiary of PTS, Inc. (OTCBB:PTSH) announced that they are currently preparing for the commencement of its financial statement audits and intends to file a Form 211, so that the Company's securities can be re-listed onto the OTC Pink Sheets market.

Disability Access Corporation, as many "private" companies have done, became a "public" company and subsequently traded as such as the result of a merger with a company that was a publicly traded company. However, the SEC had announced that trading in the DBYC security was temporarily suspended for ten business days, commencing on March 13, 2008. This action by the SEC was the result of issues with compliance relating to Disability Access Corporation's reverse merger in 2006. DBYC and roughly two dozen other companies experienced the same treatment by the SEC. The trading halt was to inform the public that the SEC believed that the identity of those publicly traded companies had been "hijacked" several years ago, and it allowed the companies that are identified in the action, which includes DBYC, time to respond with documentation so as to resolve any compliance issues with regard to the rules that governs these type of transactions.

For DBYC to be trading again on the "Pink Sheets" instead of the current status of the "Grey" market, DBYC is required to file a form 211 through a Market Maker, and although PINK Sheets listing does not require two full years of audits, the company will be submitting the form 211 with two full years of audited financial statements "FINRA" among other data through a designated Market Maker.

As stated previously, DBYC is in the stage of finishing two full years of audited financial statements and as soon the audit is finished, the Company will start the process of submitting the form 211 with FINRA through a designated Market Maker. The time to be re-listed will depend on the NASD which may take 3 to 6 months, and possibly longer, as the Company does not have control over the NASD timeline for review and comment.

The Company's management is also consulting with outside consultants to attempt to find other alternative ways to deal with this matter, in that management is very sensitive to its shareholders' interests and in preserving share value of their investment.
