STAMFORD, Conn. -- Crane Co., a diversified manufacturer of highly industrial engineered products, today announced its regular quarterly dividend of $.18 per share for the second quarter of 2008. The dividend is payable on June 10, 2008 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 30, 2008.
