Jeremy Starr named Vice President, Client Solutions at General Re LifeHealth

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Gen Re LifeHealth, the North American life and health reinsurance company of Gen Re, has named Jeremy Starr as its Vice President, Client Solutions.

The Client Solutions role is new to Gen Re LifeHealth and was created to help clients with risks that are not currently being met in the marketplace. "Our clients' business is complex and, given the current economic pressures, is becoming increasingly challenging" said Steve Mannik, President and CEO of Gen Re LifeHealth. "Our new Client Solutions area will assist our existing product teams in identifying new opportunities to expand our reinsurance product and service offerings."

Mr. Starr was formerly with Lehman Brothers where he worked on capital market projects for life and health reinsurance, and prior to that was with the Guardian Life Insurance Company in a variety of reinsurance roles.
