* ARPU's in Russia will continue to rise in the coming years. The authors forecast that the average ARPU level among operators will increase from US$ 10.85 in 2008 to US$ 13.75 in 2010. Among major operators, VimpelCom will receive the highest ARPU of US$ 15.05 per month in 2010.
