Iowa Telecom to Present at the Lehman Brothers Worldwide Wireless and Wireline Conference

NEWTON, Iowa -- Iowa Telecommunications Services, Inc. (NYSE: IWA) today announced it will participate in the Lehman Brothers Worldwide Wireless and Wireline Conference in New York City on Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Alan L. Wells, Iowa Telecom chairman and chief executive officer, and Craig A. Knock, vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, will be speaking at the conference.

An online simulcast and replay of the Company's presentation will be available at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 on the Company's website at www.IowaTelecom.com under "Investor Relations".
