As a member of the Genesys Partner Program, Qwest received the award during the annual G-Force user conference in San Antonio, Texas.
Awards are based on Genesys partner growth initiatives and how well partners take advantage of opportunities for collaboration with Genesys during the previous year. "Our portfolio is increasingly nimble due to enhancements like session initiated protocol (SIP) and scalable enough to serve the needs of the smallest to largest customer."
"The Genesys Partner Program provides a framework for partners to leverage our technology leadership in order to increase their own market share and value," said Paul Segre, president and CEO, Genesys. "Qwest clearly went above and beyond in its effort to motivate the market to adopt new ideas, facilitate joint technology offerings with Genesys and develop integrated solutions for the marketplace."
