WWA Group Registration Statement Effective

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- WWA Group, Inc. (OTCBB: WWAG), a diversified international auctioneer and trader of construction equipment company, announced today that a registration statement covering the resale of 1,211,119 shares of its common stock and 576,973 shares of common stock underlying purchase warrants has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities registered were originally issued pursuant to a private placement offering completed in September of 2007 which included provisions to register the shares and shares underlying warrants on behalf of the placees. The warrants are exercisable at any time prior to September 28, 2009 at a price of $1.00.
