UCBH Holdings, Inc. Declares $0.04 Dividend for the Second Quarter of 2008

SAN FRANCISCO -- UCBH Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: UCBH) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2008 of $0.04 per common share, payable on July 11, 2008, to common stockholders of record as of June 30, 2008.
