NEW YORK -- Fitch rates AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2008-A-F as follows:

--$160,000,000 2.6936% class A-1 'F1+';

--$100,000,000 4.47% class A-2-A 'AAA';

--$139,000,000 floating rate class A-2-B 'AAA';

--$198,000,000 6.96% class A-4 'AAA'.

The shadow rating of the notes, with the conditionality that no credit is given to the FSA insurance policy in the analysis, is 'A-' with an asterisk (see below for description relating to asterisk).

Ratings are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. The prospectus and other offering material should be reviewed prior to any purchase. Where a rating is suffixed with an asterisk as listed above, this indicates that the opinion is a conditional shadow rating. The exact nature of the conditionality should be taken from the qualifications accompanying the shadow rating. The asterisk suffix indicates that the shadow rating is not fully comparable in all regards with published ratings at that level.
