ZVUE Expands Pop Content Offering With Stage 9 Digital Media Pact

Leading Network of Pop Culture Web Sites Will Debut Hot 'Squeegees' Series

SAN FRANCISCO -- ZVUE Corp. (NASDAQ:ZVUE) has launched "Squeegees," the debut offering from Stage 9 Digital Media, part of Disney-ABC Television Group. The 10-episode series will be seen on eBaum's World (www.ebaumsworld.com), and Putfile (www.putfile.com), and the first episode as well as trailers and bloopers are available on those sites now.

"Squeegees" originally premiered earlier this year on abc.com and YouTube as the Stage 9 studio's inaugural digital program. It was the most subscribed new partner video on YouTube in its first week. Stage 9 partnered with an emerging and innovative creative team called Handsome Donkey. Heralded as "online auteurs" by the New York Times, the comedic quartet created and starred in "Squeegees," an original series about the fledgling window washing business started by a group of slackers.

"Stage 9's selection of ZVUE as a key distribution partner further validates the attractiveness of our audience and our network to world class content creators," said Jeff Oscodar, ZVUE's President and CEO. "We are confident that our audience will enjoy programming from Stage 9, and that advertisers will be excited about reaching that audience through this programming."

ZVUE offers a powerful, entertaining mix of user-generated-content as well as licensed professional media from major entertainment companies such as SonyBMG, Warner Music, Group, Showtime, National Lampoon, Revision 3 and many others.
