Growing to more than 100 locations, Wackenhut needed a more up-to-date, integrated human resources, benefits, and payroll solution that would accommodate planned business expansion. After researching numerous vendors, the selection committee unanimously chose Ultimate Software for its core UltiPro offering and the option to incorporate the solution's comprehensive talent management feature-sets as needed going forward.
