ATLANTA -- Prudential Capital Partners announced today that it has provided $25 million of mezzanine capital to Clockwork Home Services, Inc., headquartered in Sarasota, Fla., a company dedicated to improving the operations, efficiency, customer service and profitability of contractors in the home services industry in North America. Prudential Capital Group, sponsor of Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., is a private capital institutional investment business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU).

"Clockwork has a heritage of accelerating growth within its franchises through professional business practices, high ethical standards and dedication to delivering outstanding customer services," said Robert Derrick, managing director in Prudential Capital Group's off ice in Atlanta, Ga.
