Fitch Webcast: Inside the U.S. CMBS Surveillance Process; 5/13 11AM ET

NEW YORK -- In a broader mortgage market rife with uncertainty and new issuance at a standstill, consistent surveillance of U.S. CMBS has taken on greater importance, according to Fitch Ratings, which will be holding a webcast Tuesday May 13 at 11:00 a.m. ET to provide an overview of its surveillance process for U.S. CMBS.
Senior Director Britt Johnson and Managing Director Mary MacNeill are the call leaders and will provide insight as to how Fitch analyzes ongoing transactions including examples of analysis for upgrades and downgrades as well as year-to-date rating performance and notable trends.
