M&A Deal Strategies is co-authored by 10 other attorneys in addition to Stabile. The book covers a variety of topics related to mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation strategies, deal protection provisions, representation and warranty assessment, and analyzing and addressing risk. Stabile's chapter focuses specifically on finding the right approach to developing a successful mergers and acquisitions strategy.

Mergers & Acquisitions Law 2008 is co-authored by Stabile and seven other attorneys, and covers topics including mergers and acquisitions milestones over the past year and thought leadership for the year ahead. Stabile authored the chapter on current trends in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
